Sometimes accidents happen and a solar panel breaks. Luckily, we have replacements for all of our MAXSA Solar Lights.
Note: If you're solar panel is undamaged but still does not seem to work, please check to see if your product is under warranty before buying one of these solar panels. If it is or you are unsure, please call us direct at 703-495-0661 to troubleshoot or start a warranty claim.
Instructions for Ordering:
We have different sized solar panels for different lights. You must use the correct solar panel for your light in order for it to work properly. Compare the model number of your light to the lists below to determine what size solar panel you need. The model number can be found on a silver sticker on the light itself, or just above the barcode on the product box.
You can find the model number and date code on the product label located on the back or bottom of the light. The date code will be 4 or 6 digits long and appear under the company name, MAXSA. The product label looks like this:
